- You may find that, generally speaking, email is the easiest way to get in touch with us. When we are in the field, we cannot look up your documents or client file for information.
- If you need to know the status of your Civil documents, just go to Document Service Status and look them up alphabetically.
- If you are unable to reach us by phone, send an email to [email protected] and we will get back with you as soon as we return to the office.

TYPES OF DOCUMENTS SERVED
CONSTABLE JEAN DICKSON has been appointed to serve the documents that the Sheriff's Office handled in the past. To name a few:
Writs of Execution on REAL property & Criminal Warrants always go to the Sheriff. Please contact them for further information at(435) 656-6551. FINDING THE TYPE OF DOCUMENT YOU HAVE: For those of you who are new to document service: If you are looking for the type of document you have, look first at the Plaintiff and Defendant names, then look directly across the page. Click for an example. In most cases, in Utah, the kind of document will be listed there along with the case number. Contact us for further information. |

CONSTABLE OR PROCESS SERVER?
Constables:
Constables are Sworn Peace Officers. Peace Officers may serve ALL legal documents. Civil Servers: Process A private citizen who may serve Summons' and Small Claims documents, but who is not licensed by any law enforcement affiliated agency to serve Writs or Warrants. State Licensed Investigator: An Investigator licensed by the State to work for a governmental agency. They may serve most documents issued to them by that agency. Private Investigator: A licensed PI can serve Writs of Garnishment and Supplemental Orders, which a Civil Process Server may not. |
